Chocolate Almond Dates Energy Bites - 4 Ingredients Recipe, Easy & Quick

Chocolate Almond Dates Energy Bites are NO BAKE and EASY + QUICK to put together, in literally UNDER 5 MINUTES. Delicious Fudge like Balls make for perfect One Bite Snack on the go and are even great as a Guilt-Free Dessert. The best part is that these are Vegan + Gluten-free too.

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup / 12 Large Mejdool Dates Pitted and chopped roughly
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Agave Syrup


  1. Take a food processor and add almonds and cocoa powder to it. Process them into fine crumbs. Don't process too much or it will become butter.

  2. Now add pitted Mejdool Dates and honey to the food processor. Blitz the whole thing together in small steps till dates are well combined with almonds.

  3. Take it out in a large bowl. Oil your hands with cooking oil that is not strong in smell. Pinch 1 inch dough and roll it tight into a ball. 

  4. Finish the whole thing similarly. You will end up with 20-22 Energy Balls or Bites.


  1. Store these in an air tight container and refrigerate. Take out one and eat when you want. Pack few in a ziplock or small re-usable container, when you are on the run. Eat as required.
