Well what I did when hosting was leave it til the last possible minute and then scroll through all the posts and see what whacked me over the head with cravings and peaked interest in terms of ingredients and backstory. Isn’t it fun to shove off to a cafe by yourself and eat and get on the computer? Haha!

What a fabulous host you are. Is this really the first time you’ve hosted, I was certain not. Oh well, you did such a nice job in the prelude including all of the best appetizers and cocktails, and the guidelines all laid out for us. And, as to these strawberries, I am glad I don’t need any fancy equipment to make them, what a treat! Beautiful and they look real too, not like they came out of a shop. Yum!!!

Well done, Sonal, you singlehandedly restored my faith in Valentine’s! I am no fan, neither of Valentine’s Day nor of pink heart-shaped stuff – but your cute chocolate-covered strawberries make me want to go all romantic next week! Gorgeous!
