I tried this cake but it is too moist in centre. Is it fine or I underbaked it. The top is absolutely fine.

Hi, Sonal. I’m going to make this tomorrow (Sunday) so I can take it to work on Monday. One of our teammates has a birthday, and one of the fellows on our team is Hindi and does not eat meat, fish, or eggs. So someone picks up a cake from a store, and I make something eggless for Pritesh! This looks perfect. I’ll bet everyone – even the carnivores – will want a piece. Thanks for sharing!
