I made this for lunch today with substitutions. I thought I had cabbage,but didn’t so I used fresh kale from my garden. I had bamboo shoots on my grocery list,but accidentally bought bean sprouts,so I just left that out. Wow what a wonderful lunch. Next week I will make it with cabbage and bamboo shoots. Tomorrow when I eat it I will add more sour and more heat. This recipe is a keeper and since my husband won’t eat it, it is all mine.

Can’t wait to try this one. My husband loves hot and sour soup so I’m always trying to find recipes for him.

Actually all the ingredients are mentioned with their quantities in the RECIPE CARD (black in color) right above the Instructions.
