I just made this and I wanted to drop in to say thank you for this recipe. I was going to make cheesecake but got mad when I realized I didn’t have eggs, and then I stumbled upon this recipe. I don’t know if this may help anyone with a 7in pan, but I’d like to share that I decreased the time to 35 mins with an NPR that seemed pretty long. I finally got impatient and slowly let the rest of the pressure out. This amount of time was perfect for a 7in fat daddio. It was moist and delicious! I ate half of it in one sitting. Don’t tell anyone. Lol
