I just tried this recipe. Except I had about 24 small oranges, so I added sugar at proportions listed (2½ cops per 4 oranges) I made 9½ pints of marmalade!!!! Came out spectacularly!!! Proper consistency and very tasty!!! Thank you so much for this recipe.

In reply to Joanie. Joanie - thanks. Hmm… try diluting it with some orange juice. Take it out in a bowl. Add some orange juice. Beak it down with fork and Mix.
