I love this! As you’ll see from my post, kale is a big thing for me right now! I am semi-obsessed! I also have all the other ingredients in my fridge right now, though it is actually puff pastry I have to use up, so I am going to experiment in making a type of sausage roll but filled with your delicious filling! I shall let you know how I get on! Thanks for sharing!
