I have been so busy Sonal but have literally been dreaming about this soup. It looks so good it’s on my mind constantly. I am hoping to make this fantastic recipe soon, once I get through the holidays there is nothing I want more than a big bowl of this soup and a hunk of good bread to go with. Saved.

Looks like a love filled dish, Sonal. How lucky for you to have your mother in law make this for you over the summer so you could document her process and recipe! I can’t tell you how many of my grandma’s dishes I wish I had that opportunity. Truly a “gift” to treasure!
