INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower Almond flour for low carb  Salt & Pepper Spices Butter Egg Hot Sauce

Prepare cauliflower for Airfrying

Chop Cauliflower in bite sized florets. Roll in the Almond flour for low carb option or all purpose flour for regular option. Dip in egg bath. Set aside.

Air frying Cauliflower

Place parchment paper in Air fryer Basket. Transfer ready florets to the basket for air frying. Air fry!

Put the Cauliflower Wings Together

Prepare Buffalo Sauce on the Gas Top in a pan. Dip the air fried cauliflower wings in it. Air fry for some more time. TA-DA!! IT IS DONE & YUMM!!
