Mehfil-e-Taj Concert Series - Brooke Bond Taj Mahal

Ingredients

  • Water – 2 cups
  • Cardamom – 2 pods
  • Brooke Bond Taj Mahal Orange Pekoe Blend – 1 tsp
  • Milk warm – 2 tbsp, optional or to taste
  • Sugar – to taste

Instructions

  • Take a sauce pan and add water to it.
  • Crush the cardamom pods and add to the water.
  • Bring the water with cardamom pods to a rolling boil.
  • Add Brooke Bond Taj Mahal Tea leaves and shut the heat. Let it steep (covered) for 2 minutes.
  • Strain the cardamom flavored tea in the cups.
  • Add milk and sugar as desired.
  • Serve it hot.
