Can I make these ahead of time?

I wouldn't recommend that. It is a simple and quick recipe. Keep it prepped and sauce ready. And air-fry just before eating.

Can I double the batch?

Yes you can. But you might have to do it in 2 batches. Also, make a little more of the sauce.

Is it possible to make these in the oven?

Yes you can roast these in the oven at the same temperature. Timing may increase. Broil it for a minute towards the end for more charred flavors.

Can I pan roast these?

These can be easily roasted in a pan on high heat like how you make stir fry. Heat a little oil in a pan. Add the shishito peppers and stir fry at high heat for few minutes. Stir a few times. Serve with the dipping sauce. Or pour a bit of sauce in the pan towards the end and simmer a bit.
