      Prep the Baby Carrots for Air Frying

      Air fry the Carrots

      • Add these baby carrots to the Air fryer basket and AIR FRY at 360*F.
      • For softer and just right texture that is slightly crispy on the top and tender inside, air fry these for about 8-10 minutes. I air fried for 10 minutes for a perfect side.
      • And if you want crispier texture then air fry these for 15-18 minutes till you get desired crispness. This is great as a snack or a crispy side.

      Garnish with Parmesan & Parsley

      •  Take the Roasted Carrots out and top with finely chopped parsley and parmesan cheese. Serve these while still warm.

      How to bake in Oven?

      • Preheat oven at 375*F. Bake in oven for 20-22 minutes till done.

      Tips For Yummy Air Fryer Carrots

      • Air Fryer: Every air fryer model and brand behaves differently for time and temperature. It may take less or more time to cook your carrots depending on how your it cooks. Check them at about 8 minutes, then at 10 minutes for perfect dinner side texture that is slightly roasted at the top and still fork tender inside . The size of the carrots will also make a difference in cooking times. If you are using thin pretty carrots they mighttake the same time. The thick ones will take more time.
      • Carrots: I like to use baby carrots that take away all the peeling and cutting. Feel free to use the carrots of your choice in color, shape and size. Adjust cooking time according to your personal preference.

      How elese can I season my Roasted Carrots?

      • Fresh herbs like Dill, Mint, Rosemary, Thyme will be great.
      • Spices like paprika and salt + pepper, Ranch dressing, Brown sugar + Cinnamon, Honey + Cayenne, Curry Powder + Lemon juice are some of the combinations that you can season these.

      Just substitute the butter with Olive Oil and it is all vegan.

      What are the ingredients of Air Fryer Roasted Carrots?

      Just handful of ingredients for this delicious recipe.
      CARROTS - I prefer to use baby carrots. If you plan to use regular carrots, then peel and cut them into 3-4 inches lengthwise and then half or quarter these further depending upon the thickness of the carrots.
      BUTTER - I love using butter in this recipe. But you can use Olive Oil too to veganize it.
      SEASONING - Salt, Black Pepper, Italian Seasoning are my favorite combination to use.
      PARMESAN CHEESE - This is optional. I think fresh and soft goat cheese on top will taste so good as well.
      PARSLEY - You can skip it or use rosemary, or thyme, or Oregano in place of it. Or use dry parsley.
