I have tried many times to prepare massaman in a wok with varied success; this recipe using the pressure cooker changed that. Super easy, no mess, and amazing flavours! I added some oyster mushrooms at the simmer stage as I had some left over, a great alternative for meat.
Will definitely make this again!
