Yes, yes buffalo sauce would be awesome over these beauties. But, garam masala is hitting all the right notes too, I can’t wait to get some potatoes next weekend and make these potatoes. They are so party-ready too, loved having them at the Fiesta this week, thanks Sonal! 🙂
