Prepare the Cheddar Biscuits Dough
Prepare for Air frying
-
Preheat the Air fryer at 400*F for about 5 minutes. After that, take out the air fryer basket and line with the Parchment Paper. If you are not using parchment paper, then grease the basket lightly with oil. Further take out the refrigerated biscuit dough. Set the air fryer basket and dough side by side.
Now use your Ice Cream Scooper and scoop the biscuit dough out and dispense on the Parchment Paper inside the air fryer basket. If you do not have ice cream scooper, then divide the dough manually into 15-16 portions and roll them gently into balls or patties. You can place 6-9 biscuits at a time depending upon the size of the basket. Since I have Instant Vortex plus air fryer, therefore I could place 8 cheese biscuits inside. Make sure to place these at a distance from each other.
Till the first batch is done, refrigerate the rest of the biscuit dough.
