Prepare the Cheddar Biscuits Dough

Take a large Mixing Bowl. Add All Purpose Flour and Corn Meal to it. Also add Baking Soda & Baking Powder + Salt, Garlic Powder, Paprika, & Parsley to the bowl. Give all the dry ingredients a good mix with a kitchen spoon.

Now add melted Butter & Butter milk to the dry ingredients. Mix a little bit with the kitchen spoon and then add shredded Cheddar Cheese to the mixture. Now use your hands and pull it together into a wet and slightly loose dough form.

Cover and Refrigerate this dough for 30 minutes. Or else it will be messy to work with. Refrigerating also gives a nice texture and holds the shape together.

Prepare for Air frying

Preheat the Air fryer at 400*F for about 5 minutes. After that, take out the air fryer basket and line with the Parchment Paper. If you are not using parchment paper, then grease the basket lightly with oil.

Further take out the refrigerated biscuit dough. Set the air fryer basket and dough side by side.

Now use your Ice Cream Scooper and scoop the biscuit dough out and dispense on the Parchment Paper inside the air fryer basket. If you  do not have ice cream scooper, then divide the dough manually into 15-16 portions and roll them gently into balls or patties.

You can place 6-9 biscuits at a time depending upon the size of the basket. Since I have Instant Vortex plus air fryer, therefore I could place 8 cheese biscuits inside. Make sure to place these at a distance from each other.

Till the first batch is done, refrigerate the rest of the biscuit dough.

Air fried Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Now Air fry these Cheddar Cheese Biscuits for 7-9 minutes at 400*F or till done. Make sure to remove the parchment paper after 5-6 minutes for the bottoms to cook well.

Take these out and rest on Cookie Cooling Rack. Brush these further with some melted butter and sprinkle some dry parsley & paprika on top.
