Do you like Garlic? Do you love your Noodles? I do. I do. I do. Did I just got married to it? …. Lol ๐Ÿ˜‰
Jokes apart, I am a big time noodle fan. Can eat sleep and drink noodle anytime. Anytime means all the time :).

This is a very simple recipe, which comes for my rescue, when I run out of my fresh vegetable stock and do the make shift kind of recipes with whatever is handy.

Here is the recipe :

Ingredients :

Sesame oil : 1/2 tbsp and cooking oil or olive oil : 1/2 tbsp. if you don’t have sesame oil, then you may use 1&1/2 tbsp of regular cooking oil.
Boiled Noodles as per the package instructions. I used 2 packs of Ching’s veg Hakka noodles. I boiled them, ran them under the cold water and then oiled them lightly to avoid sticking.
Red onion : 1 large sliced thinly
Garlic : 1-2 tbsp minced or grated or chopped fine
Green onions or scallions : 5-6 chopped
Red and yellow bellpeppers : 1/4 cup each, chopped thin, lengthwise. This is optional.
Dark soy sauce : 2 tbsp. If you are using light soy, then increase the amount. I prefer dark since dark soy adds nice color to the noodles.
Vinegar : 1/2 tbsp
Chili sauce : to your taste

Method :

Heat oil in pan. Add garlic and sautรฉ till it is golden but not burnt. Now add onion and sautรฉ for 1 minute on high flame.

Now add bell peppers and green onions. Sautรฉ them well on high flame for another minute.

Add soy, vinegar and chilli sauce. Sautรฉ for few seconds in high flame and switch the flame off.

Take a big bowl. Add noodles and cooked vegetable. Toss them well so that they look much in love with each other ;).

Return it back to the pan, heat on high for 2-3 minutes while tossing, for that slightly caramelized effect at the bottom.

Plate it and eat it :).
