Philips Air Fryer Salted Nuts
Easy & Delicious Air Fryer Salted Nuts are great to keep handy for quick snack or as toppings to your dishes.

- 1/2 cups Cashews whole
- 1/2 cups Almonds whole
- 1 tsp Oil of your choice / GHEE
- To Taste Salt & Pepper
You may choose the nuts of your choice like pecans or walnuts, or macademia etc. You may air fry these together as a mix or separate.
Follow the same instructions for Fox Nuts/makhana.
Preheat the Air fryer at 350*F/180*C for 2 minutes.
Take a bowl and add cashews & almonds in it. Add 1 tsp of oil or melted ghee to the bowl and toss the nuts in it.
Place these nuts in the air fryer. Air fry these for 6 minutes. At 4 minutes, take the basket out and give the nuts a good toss. Put the basket back again. Air fry for the rest of the 2 minutes. These will be nice pinkish in color.
If you need darker rich color, air fry for 2 minutes more. Take these out and empty the hot nuts in a glass or steel bowl (no plastic please). Immediately sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss well and serve.
STORAGE - Store in an air tight container, only once these are cooled down to the room temperature.
You can choose to air fry these either together or separately.
