Brownies have become hot favorite dessert in my house lately. After the success of perfect Fudgy Brownie, last time, I thought of experimenting with eggless version of brownie. It came out beautiful. Though can’t compare the textures of eggs included and egg-less brownies, nonetheless, it was delicious and my kids loved it!

Many of you are in treat for this one…the ones who do not eat eggs and the ones who do not have eggs handy. You can whip this up with minimum ingredients and least work. These can be your “to-go” brownies. Nutty Walnuts add amazing bite and texture to these.
Taking these to Angie’s Fiesta Friday, co-hosted by Loretta and Caroline!
This is how to make these!
Bake this super easy and yummy brownie this weekend for the family and have some chocolate love!
Sonal

Hi Sonal, love all your recipes. Have been a follower of tour blog for a while now.
I have a question on thd eggless brownie recipe- Is the all purpose flour just 1/2 cup + 2tbsp ? I tried the recipe but it doesnβt get baked at all. I baked it for 350 deg for 50 minutes and its still semi liquid.
Where did I go wrong?
Thank you so much Gary. Not sure what went wrong. Itβs tried and tested recipe. Only thing that I can think of is – was the yogurt too runny? Sometimes higher alterations and weather can alter the time too.
Really nice to see this eggless version. I kind of feel reassured that if one day I’m at home with no eggs, I’ll be able to make these lovely brownies! Pinning.. Thank you! π
I am so glad Lili that you liked it. If you like fudges, then you will like it. Yoghurt made it softer and denser like fudge. My kids loved it.
Love fudge… I’m sold! π
