- Puff Pastry – There are few brands out there including Jus-Rol, Pepperidge Farm, Welwalka and more. My preferred brands are Jus-Rol and Welwalka since these are refrigerated and not frozen. Therefore these are ready to use.

How to Air Fry Puff Pastry Pizza?
It is super easy to assemble Puff Pastry Pizza. Here is how with descriptive pictures.
Prepare the Puff Pastry
If your puff pastry needs to be thawed, then follow the instructions. I used Jus-Rol pastry sheet here which is refrigerated and is ready to be used.
My puff pastry sheet was 10 inches x 15 iches. Therefore I cut out 6 squares of 5 inches x 5 inches using a kitchen scissor. Further I took a blunt butter knife and make indents 1 inch inside the square on all the 4 sides. See the picture above. These indents will keep the pizza toppings inside. Make sure that the knife does not puncture the pastry.
Note – I cut out squares. But you can make small or large squares or rectangles. The time and temperature will remain the same.
Assemble the Puff Pastry for Pizza
First slice the cherry tomatoes and the fresh mozzarella into thin slices. Set aside.
Now spread 1 tbsp of either Pesto or Marinara sauce inside the indents created on the puff pastry. See the picture above. Then layer the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella slices as shown in the picture. Sprikle some Italian seasoning, salt & pepper on top. These are ready to be air-fried.
Air fry the Puff Pastry Pizza
If your air fryer needs pre-heating then pre-heat it at 350*F.
Since Puff Pastry is delicate, I place the uncooked pastry on Air fryer Parchment Paper to avoid sticking it at the bottom.
Air fry it for about 10 minutes till the edges become golden brown. After 7-8 minutes, remove the parchment paper and place it directly on the air fryer basket for firming up the base.
Sometimes it might puff up. In that case, press it down with a fork or knife gently.
Eat these warm.
Can I bake these in the Oven?
Yes, you can. Follow the air fryer instructions to prep for the recipe. Further Preheat the oven at 400*F. Then assemble these on a baking sheet and then BAKE for 12-15 minutes till the sides crisp up and turn golden.
How to store the leftovers?
Refrigerate the leftovers either wrapped tightly in aluminum foil or an air tight container.
How to Re-heat the Puff Pastry Tart?
You can easily re-heat the leftovers in air fryer at 350*f for 2-3 minutes till warm.
