Preparing the Baby Potatoes
Seasoning the Baby Potatoes
Air- Frying Baby Potatoes
Before you start the whole procedure, pre-heat the Air fryer for about 4-5 minutes at 390*F.
Now place the seasoned baby potatoes in the air-fryer basket. And air fry these at 390*F for about 18-20 minutes till you reach the desired crispiness of the potatoes. You have to give it a good shake in between, at about 9-10 minutes mark for even air-frying.
I air fried for about 18 minutes. These were crispy from outside and tender from inside.
Baby Potatoes Sour Cream Dipping Sauce
Just mix all the ingredients - sour cream, kosher salt, parsley, mint and Lemon juice. Mix them well to combine. The Dipping Sauce is ready.
