Air Fryer Zucchini Parmesan Chips Recipe
Delicious, healthy & low carb recipe made with Zucchini and parmesan in air fryer. Perfect as a mid meal snack or appetizer.
Servings: 2 people
- 1 medium or 6 oz weight Zucchini Pick fresh and firm zucchini
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil You can use less oil if you watching the fat intake.
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning or use seasoning of your choice
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt or use salt of your choice
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded Use less quantity if you are watching the fat intake.
Air Fry Zucchini Chips
Spray the basket of the Air fryer with oil. Spread the zucchini rounds inside the basket in a single layer.
Air fry these for 10 minutes at 400*F for 8-10 minutes till soft & cooked.
If you want super crispy Zucchini chips then slice them really thin with a vegetable slicer. And air fry for 4-6 minutes till crispy.
