Delicious Low carb Air fryer Stuffed Mushrooms are super delicious and so easy to put together. Great as a snack or to entertain folks.

Prepare the Mushrooms
Wash the mushrooms thoroughly in Kitchen Colander and dry them with a kitchen towel. Now remove the stems off the mushrooms. Discard half of the stems and keep the half for the stuffing.
Make the Cream Cheese Stuffing
Stuff the Mushrooms
Now take one mushroom cap at a time. Fill the hole with the cream cheese stuffing. Sprinkle the stuffed mushrooms with a bit of Everything Bagel Seasoning . Further finish all the mushroom caps likewise and set aside to air fry.

Yes easily. You can double the recipe. It will take 3-4 rounds to air fry all.
How to store the left-overs?
You can easily refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container.
How to re-heat the refrigerated left-overs?
Put them in air fryer and air fry for 2-3 minutes till warm.
Can I make Stuffed Mushrooms in the oven?
Absolutely. Preheat the oven at 400*F. Bake on a baking sheet inside the oven for 15 minutes or till done.
What are the other choices for stuffing?
- Use any cheese of your choice like ricotta or cheddar or gouda.
- Replace pickled jalapenos with fresh chopped jalapenos.
- You may add canned artichokes and fresh/thawed spinach combo.
- The olives and pizza sauce with cheese will be yummy too.
