How to make Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms?

Now it is a 3 steps simple and easy recipe.

Prepare the Mushrooms

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly in Food Processor and add Pickled Jalapenos, cloves of garlic and mushroom stems to it. Process them fine. Further add dry Parsley & soft cream cheese to the processor and blend till mixed well.

Take the cream cheese stuffing out in a Mixing Bowl and set aside.

Stuff the Mushrooms

Now take one mushroom cap at a time. Fill the hole with the cream cheese stuffing. Sprinkle the stuffed mushrooms with a bit of Everything Bagel Seasoning . Further finish all the mushroom caps likewise and set aside to air fry.

Air Fry the Stuffed Mushrooms

Preheat the Air fryer at 390*F for 2-3 minutes. Now spray the air fryer basket with a Cooking Oil Spray. Further place the stuffed mushrooms gently inside the basket one at a time. Do not over crowd the basket. You have to air fry these in 2 batches.

Now air fry the stuffed mushrooms for 8-10 minutes. The timing depends upon the size of the mushrooms. Smaller mushrooms might get done in 7-8 minutes. Larger mushrooms might take 10-12 minutes. You can check the done-ness by seeing the color change of the cheese stuffing and the stuffing sits stiffer on the mushrooms.

Once done, take these out with Kitchen Tongs and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Serve these warm with some Buffalo Sauce or sauce of your choice.
