Mostly I love it since this Murmura Namkeen is so handy to make Bhel-poori which is another popular chaat from India.

Murmura Namkeen Recipe
Murmura Namkeen is also known as Murmura Chidwa and Murmura Mixture. It is a delicious North Indian savory snack prepared with murmura (puffed rice), peanuts, curry leaves and few more ingredients.
Since it is so easy to prepare, you can make it at home in very less time with some basic pantry ingredients. Also, it is much healthier and tastier than the store bought namkeen.
Although this mixture is a regular snack at home, but we preapre it during the festivals like Diwali and Holi.
Since this namkeen stores well for 3-4 weeks in an aiir-tight container, you can easily make a bigger batch. Did I tell you that this mixture comes very handy as a base for Bhel-puri chaat? Yes!
